Aloha Helping Hand Concierge Service is available to assist your family, group, organization or business with anything that you may need to be completed if you do not have the manpower, time or energy to complete them yourselves.Examples of tasks include, but are not limited to:
- completing tasks in Hawaii for people that are located on the mainland and internationally
- organizing parties, functions, meetings
- managing properties whilst owners are away
- Overseeing work completed by subcontractors on property, e.g. gardening, roof repairs, garage door installations, Kitchen renovations, etc.
- completing errands around Oahu Island
- assisting with relocation requirements for people moving to Hawaii
- assisting with shipping by air or ocean freight of goods to the mainland or internationally
- assisting with organizing the moving of household items to a new location within Hawaii or to the mainland
- completing general research or investigations on Island for information required for corporate or private projects
- assisting with the purchase of a motor vehicle (Basic verbal translation for Japanese people)
- assisting with the rent or lease of real estate property (Basic verbal translation for Japanese people)
- completing inventory audits

Services can be provided 7 days a week and from approximately 7:00am to approximately 9:00pm. Start and finish time can be negotiated if services are required outside these times.

PRICING

All services can be charged by the hour, day, week or per project. This can be discussed at the time of contact.Hourly pricing ranges from $52 per hour to $64 per hour depending on the tasks, and lower pricing can be negotiated. The first 2 hours are charged prior to commencement as a minimum charge. All additional hours are charged on completion.Daily rates are for 8 hours and start at $380 per day to $480 per day depending on the tasks involved. The first day is charged prior to commencement as a minimum charge. All additional days are charged on completion of tasks agreed upon. However, billing will be completed on a 7 day cycle until the completion of the project if it runs more than one week.All separate charges in addition to the project rates will be born by the customer. Charges to be confirmed before or during the task project/s. All agreed upon charges will be invoiced at the end of the task project/s.Please enquire for weekly and per project rates.

Aloha all!I have lived on Oahu Island on and off for the past 40 years, and have formed this company in order to assist people with their everyday requirements, from the simplest tasks to the most complicated organization of events.My work background is in specialized logistics, which involves the sales and organization of the shipping of freight by air, ocean, rail and truck transport, as well as storage in warehouse facilities. I have organized shipping both domestically and internationally. I have also worked within a major American Bank and a small PR Company.I am Japanese by birth but was born in the United Kingdom (England) where I attended school in the London area. I moved to California and then to Japan where I lived for 10 years. I have also lived in Kenya, Africa and several countries in the South West Pacific region.Academically, I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and also a Masters in Management and Politics.My goal is to provide excellent services for clients around the Island, hopefully many on an on-going basis, with a view to taking on more employees in the medium to long term, so your enquiries would be welcomed and appreciated.
